Email marketing reporting, without the spreadsheet

Bring your results in from any ESP, see what worked by campaign, market and month, and share it as a live dashboard your client or your boss can open any time.

How reporting works, in 24 seconds. No sound. The companies, people and emails are made up.

Most email reporting is a monthly ritual: export from the ESP, paste into a spreadsheet, fix the columns, work out the rates, screenshot the best emails, build a deck. Then do it again for the next client, or the next market.

Mailfois keeps your results next to the work that produced them: the plan, the approved email and its showcase. So the report is mostly done before anyone asks for it.

Bring results in from any ESP

Drop in the campaign export from Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, Bloomreach, HubSpot, Brevo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other platform, as a CSV or Excel file, or paste the cells straight from a spreadsheet. Mailfois guesses which column is which, and you check it before anything is saved. Re-importing the same send updates it rather than doubling it up. No export? Add results by hand.

Rates worked out for you

Mailfois stores the counts (sent, delivered, opens, clicks, orders, revenue, unsubscribes and bounces) and works the rates out every time, so an average across ten sends is a real average, not an average of averages. If your export only has rates, they're turned back into counts using the number sent. Your own measures can come along too.

Matched to the campaigns you planned

Results are matched by name to the campaigns in your planner and sign-off, sent within a week of each other, and you can link the rest by hand. That's what makes it possible to answer questions a spreadsheet can't: which markets did best, which themes work, and how the emails you were proudest of actually performed.

See what worked across markets

  • Headline figures: sends, open rate, click rate, orders and revenue.
  • Highlights in plain English: the best-performing sends and markets, picked out for you.
  • By month and by market, so a country that's slipping stands out.

Client hubs: one live link for clients and stakeholders

A client hub is a page you share by link, with an optional password, that's always up to date. Agencies make one per client; in-house teams make one for the board or a market lead. Depending on your plan it can show:

  • Results: the headline figures, highlights, months and markets.
  • Emails: the approved emails behind the numbers, from your Library, each with its results.
  • Showcases: your showcase videos, to watch in the browser or download.

It's read-only. Nobody needs an account, and nobody can change anything. Switch it off and the link stops working at once. Agencies can see every client's hub from one place.

What it isn't

  • It isn't a replacement for your ESP's own analytics or a full BI tool. It doesn't connect to your ESP's API: you bring the results in, and that's the point. It works the same whichever platform you, or each client, use.
  • It doesn't track opens or clicks itself. The figures are your ESP's.

Pricing

Email results and a results-only hub are on the free plan. Pro (A$22 a month for one person) adds the emails tab. Team (A$45 per seat a month at the founder price) and Agency add showcases to every hub. See the pricing page.

Questions

Which ESPs does Mailfois reporting work with?

Any ESP that can export campaign results as a CSV or Excel file, including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, Bloomreach, HubSpot, Brevo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You can also paste cells from a spreadsheet or add results by hand.

Can I share email results with a client?

Yes. A client hub is a live, read-only link, with an optional password, showing results and, on paid plans, the approved emails and showcases behind them. Clients don't need an account.

Does Mailfois connect to my ESP's API?

No. You import the export your ESP already gives you. That keeps it working with any platform, and nothing is connected to your sending account.
