The whole workspace — priced for teams, not enterprises.
The free tools are free forever. When you're ready for the workspace — ideas, planning, sign-off and approvals, brand governance, library, search and deliverability — it's a fraction of what the incumbents charge, and it does far more than test emails.
Litmus tests your emails. Mailfois runs the operation around them — planning, governance, approvals, deliverability and reporting. A five-person team pays Litmus $500/month for testing alone (and it just tripled its price). The same five get Mailfois Team's entire workflow for a fraction of that — a better category and a lower price.

The system that sits above your email platform.
Mailfois doesn't replace your ESP. Your ESP sends the emails; Mailfois manages everything around them — plan, govern, approve and learn. That distinction is the whole product.

Who is Mailfois for?
Email marketers, CRM and lifecycle teams who send through an ESP like Klaviyo, Braze, Bloomreach or HubSpot and want better planning, governance, approvals and reporting around their sends — without signing another enterprise contract.
Do you replace my ESP (Klaviyo, Braze, Bloomreach…)?
No — Mailfois sits above your ESP. You keep sending where you send; Mailfois runs the planning, governance and learning around it, so every campaign is on-brand, approved and improving.
What's actually live today?
A lot. Alongside the full free tool suite and pre-send checker, the whole team workspace is live: Idea boards, the Campaign Planner, Sign-off & approvals, Brand Centre & Brand Guard, the Email Library, Documents, workspace-wide Search, Insights, and the in-app Tools (Handy links, Build checklist, Deliverability Auditor, Sender Reputation Monitor). Translation/localisation and deeper performance analytics are next on the roadmap and roll out to your plan as they ship.
Why is it so much cheaper than Litmus or Email on Acid?
Those are testing tools that recently got more expensive and more disruptive. Mailfois is a new category — planning, governance and reputation as one workspace — built lean and priced to grow a community, not to squeeze enterprises. You get more, for less.
How does per-seat Team pricing work?
You pay per active member of your workspace, from three seats up. Invite a teammate and they're on the same plan. It's the honest model for tools a team uses together.
Is my data private?
Yes. The tools analyse your campaigns in your browser — nothing uploaded. The server-side tools (Auditor, Monitor) only ever touch public DNS and your own reports, never your lists or content.
A bigger team, or a few questions?
Want a walkthrough, a demo, or Enterprise (SSO, multiple brands, ESP integrations)? Leave your email and we'll be in touch. No spam.
