The email marketing toolkit, under one roof

Image resizing with alt text, translation briefs, a shared build checklist, ESP cheat sheets, a deliverability auditor and DMARC monitoring. All in the same workspace as your campaign plan and approvals.

Watch an email builder for a morning and count the tabs. An image editor to crop the hero to 600 pixels. A DNS lookup site, because someone asked whether DKIM is set up on the new subdomain. A spreadsheet the translators are waiting for. A shared doc explaining what Braze calls a segment. A bookmarks folder with the ESP login, the brand assets drive and the unsubscribe page. None of it is hard. It's just scattered, and every tab is somewhere a step gets missed.

Mailfois puts those jobs in the same workspace as your campaign plan and your approvals. Every tool below is in every Mailfois workspace, and each one opens in its own browser tab when you want it side by side with your ESP.

What's in the toolkit

Image resizer and cropper

Set the exact width and height your template needs and every image is cropped to fit. Drag an image to choose what stays in frame, or give one image its own size and filename. Write the alt text as you go, then download the lot as a ZIP with an alt-text.csv inside, ready for the build. It runs in your browser: images are never uploaded. If you want a first draft of alt text written for you, you can ask for it image by image.

Text on an image

Put a headline, text or a button on a picture in your Brand Kit's fonts and colours. Contrast is measured against the real pixels behind each line, small text is flagged, and the alt text carries the words. More about Text on an image.

Translation brief

Paste the "view in browser" link from your ESP, or the HTML if the preview needs a login. You get every piece of copy that needs translating, in reading order and grouped by module: subject line, preview text, headings, body copy, button text, image alt text and image credits. Tracked links are decoded back to the page they open, so translators can see the context. Copy it straight into Excel or download a CSV with an empty column for each translation.

Build checklist

Write your team's build steps once: links checked, UTMs added, dark mode looked at, plain-text version set, seed list sent. Every campaign gets its own copy to tick off, and the approver sees how far the builder got right there on the email at sign-off.

ESP cheat sheets

Pick your platform and get a plain-English glossary checked against the vendor's own documentation: Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, HubSpot, Iterable, Adobe Marketo Engage, Mailchimp, Dotdigital, Brevo, Constant Contact and Campaign Monitor. It covers the terms that trip people up, what the platform genuinely can't do, and how each idea is named on up to three other platforms. Add your own team's vocabulary, then download it as a PDF or file it in Documents for the next new starter.

Deliverability Auditor

Enter the domain you send from, often a subdomain like email.yourbrand.com. It checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, MTA-STS and BIMI, gives you a score and the exact fix for each problem, and says whether you meet the Gmail and Yahoo bulk sender rules. Saved domains are checked again every time you open the tool, so you're always looking at today's records.

Sender Reputation Monitor

Add a domain and Mailfois shows your DMARC record and where its reports go, or gives you one to copy. Drop the daily report files from Google, Microsoft and others onto the page: they're read in your browser, and you see which services send email as you, whether they pass authentication, and when someone tries to spoof your domain.

The links your team reaches for every day, in one searchable list: the ESP login, the brand assets folder, the reporting dashboard, the preference centre. Save a link for the whole team or just for yourself, group and tag it, and star the ones you use daily.

Why it matters that they're in one place

  • The tools know about the campaign. Checklist progress shows up at sign-off. A cheat sheet files straight into your team's Documents.
  • New starters find everything on day one. The links, the checklist, the platform glossary and the brand kit are already there, not in someone's bookmarks.
  • Agencies get them per client. Each client workspace has its own links, checklist and saved domains, so nothing from one brand leaks into another.
  • Fewer tools to buy and approve. No separate image editor seat, DNS checker subscription or glossary wiki to maintain.
  • They open side by side. Every tool has a "New tab" button, so you can crop images in one tab, check DNS in another and keep your planner open in a third.

Private by design

The image tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded unless you ask for alt-text suggestions on a particular image. The Deliverability Auditor reads public DNS records only. The Reputation Monitor only sees the DMARC reports that mailbox providers send about your domain, never your lists or your email content.

Free tools you can use without an account

Some checks are useful before you've signed up for anything. The pre-send checker, subject line tester, spam checker and the rest of the free email marketing tools run in your browser with no login. The toolkit on this page is the in-app version, connected to your team's plan, brand kit and sign-off.

Which plan includes what

Every tool on this page is included in every workspace, Free plan included. Paid plans add the team workspace around them: the planner, sign-off, brand checks and the library. See pricing for what each plan covers.
